I work for www.CurrentForeclosures.com , a foreclosures site, and we have been noticing a huge increase in the number of foreclosures across the nation. The government has noticed that many homeowners facing foreclosure don't do anything about it, and simply hope the problem will go away. They have started making public service annoucements giving advice to homeowners, which hopefully will be seen by those facing foreclosure, and maybe convince a few to seek advice or help.
Thanks for the comment Trent and for those interested in investing in foreclosure property they may just want to check out your site.
And for those who would rather keep their home . . . they'll pass on your link, I'm sure. :-)
In future postings I will discuss the issue of investing in foreclosure property.
